Too late projects...
Found these c&v beauties when I was doing my annual corral cleanup...I find these every year and they move to the head of the queue...only to fall back again. I get excited about the prospects of rebuilding and riding these great bikes!
There is a Univega Gran Premio, a Shogun 600, and a Fuji America...
Frame integrity, consumerable costs, what the end results will be, oh, and room, keep them relegated to the far corner...

I found that when I cleared my backlog it really felt good, of course its started to fill in again but I agree with the above. Pick one focus on it maybe steal a bit or two from the others and then find a good co-op to donate them to or what I did was sell them very cheap as project bikes freed up room gave me a bit of cash and passed along a project to someone who might actually work on it

The Fuji was the last ridden and is the closest to being a great beater, sleeper ride!
Good groups on the other bikes...600 group on the Shogun going onto a beautiful salmon colored Gran Rally frame that’s been hanging around.
Outside shop/benches being finished now that the weather has dried out and the annual spring purging that has begun will allow me to actually get to these projects!
Frames will become wall art.

Too late? For those bike it's never too late.
On the other hand, I picked up this nice mixte project for my daughter a couple of years ago. Stripped the bike and got it ready for repainting, but it's just been sitting in my basement. It was too big at the time. However, if I don't get on it ASAP, she's going to outgrow it, and then it really will be too late!

Great weather predicted this weekend!
Gonna get a lot of bike stuff done!
I’ve been buying bench mount bike stands/clamps and should be able to put three on each bench and still work comfortably.
I have to come up with a sun screen solution for the back bench, has to pass wife muster.
There are wall mount stands/clamps and they will be mounted on my bike corral wall posts for bike display and repairs on the bigger older bikes and the occasional, very occasional tandem.
I have a Park Tool Bx-1 with all the tools I should need to do most repairs...anything else needed is in the garage shops.
I’m going excited!

Go buy a one liter plastic spray bottle from the hardware store. Fill it with diesel fuel. Spray those bikes down with diesel and, stop the rust.
