Park TS-2 Truing Stand
Sold $125 shipped within the lower 48. Could use a little cleaning but is in good working order. The Threaded shaft for the knob that raises and lowers the arm is slightly bent. If this bothers you a new one is available from Park for about $7. Some surface rust on calipers and inside one end of the rectangular base tube. (visible in the second photo.)

How small does this fold up to be or can it be disassembled easily?

The arm that extends and retracts based on wheel size will fold up all the way between the arms that hold the axle if you remove the threaded adjuster. Same as with the new ones.

This is a killer price for someone. I got mine gently used like this for what I felt was a steal 5ish years ago at $140 shipped.
Great truing stand. It does take up a chunk of space on the shop bench, but it's a necessary evil for proper truing. GLWS!
