Why does my new bike make a cranking sound when braking and pushing the suspension
Hello so i got a new bike (orbea mx50) and when i brake and push down the wheel or turn it left and right it makes a really weird metal cranking sound and it comes from the brakes. The brakes are hydraulic and brake completely fine . Anyone knows why it does this sound.

Could it be the cable housings moving in the cable stops on the frame? This does not normally occur on new bikes, but your description of the situation that causes the noise sounds like this.

Disc brakes? If you aren't used to them, sometimes the pads scrub a little bit making a metalic sounding grind. Particularly when new.
Not sure why the left turn makes a difference unless you have something else loose.

Front Hub Bearing Pre-Load...
Remove the front wheel.
Take the axle outer locknut in each hand and spin wheel. What do you sense?
With the wheel still, feel for axle side-to-side play
With the wheel still, slowly spin the axle and feel for binding or (worse) grinding
