Topeak Bar Extender Installation on Stem
I just got this and it will fit the bill for mounting on my quill stem in terms of its angle adaptability (mounts on vertical stem with lights mounted on the horizontal bar).
I'm wondering how the clamp opens up to secure it around the stem...? Does it even open up? Or will I need to remove the stem and slide it up to the appropriate location?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks all! Yes, it's sharp and can cause injury.
I got it on there and it appears to be perfect for the application.
