New from Sacramento CA
Hello! Covid boredom got me up off the sofa... I am isolating home alone. So Thank you, Specialized for selling me a Rock Hopper in 1992. I still have it love it...she is turquoise and pink. I actually have same model in a men's and a women's. I needed the mens bike due to my height I'm 5' 9 female. Later after my crash in 03 I found the women's is easier to step through, after recovering from knee surgeries. Anyhow love my bicycles even all the years I couldn't ride I kept them anyway... could not part. I am happiest on a bike. I am a recreational rider love my vintage Specialized Mountain bikes. Just adopted a couple fixers because...why not? =Project. Cost me nothing.... one is a real cheap Schwinn beach cruiser complete w fenders and rack it's new but I'm having some components upgraded. I'm also adding a basket ...gonna ride it to the grocery store LOL. Heck if it rains as promised next week here I'll take that one out no excuses now. Have not been able to ride the past 3 weeks due to wildfire smoke our air is bad in nor cal. So now I have 4 bicycles and no job. But who needs a therapist when you have 4 bikes? Look at the bright side.

You have a great attitude ! Same situation here in Napa County. Smoke filled air and of course the pandemic. I tried a short ride today with a N95 mask on. It helps with the smoky air but still hard to breath and ride hard. Like you said looking forward for the rain next week. !! We need to have jerseys made printed with "I survived 2020"
