Put a little silicon spray lube on your cleats. I have KEO Blades in both my bikes - the squeak thing happens on occasion. WD-40 Silicon Spray works great

The squeak is from friction. When my pedals and cleats squeak, I clean them and it sops until they get dirty. I use some 10:1 mixture of water and Simple green and a tooth brush.

The above suggestions are good. Here are a couple of more ideas: (1) if you don't have them already, try the grip cleats (as opposed to the smooth ones); and (2) replace the blade with a higher tension. I find 16nm or higher works better.

I use wax on pedal/cleat friction spots that I can reach. Scented candle wax is good -- it's softer, easy to spread on, doesn't attract debris like oil or aerosol applications. Works on spokes that rub and squeak too.

If there is play in the pedals, you might have to grab a size 19 wrench, take them apart, clean, regrease and reassemble. I've had looKeo Max pedals develop a bit of a creak and it fixed it.
