Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

I'm slowly solving the helmet mount jiggle but you still get what you pay for:

Looks like a great spot! Why are you letting Molly run loose though, not a very responsible thing to do. Unless it's private property, in which case carry on.

The dike system is an off leash dog walk area. Most users are courteous and leash up when passing or control the dog in some way. It works great for riding because you can see far ahead and adjust accordingly.

On that ride we stopped for a bit to watch three labs train to retrieve a rubber duck in the river - amazing to watch! I was hoping Molly would catch on via osmosis as she is still afraid to take her feet off the bottom.

Almost all the dike users are really into dogs and quite friendly and relaxed towards each other.

Ah, very cool there's a place like that for the dog to play in!

This is the best post I've seen in ages. 'Course, I'm what you might call a "dog person."

I'll bet she had a nice long nap after that run!
