Yeah, I admire some of my bikes from afar, but I wouldn't spend too much time gazing at that Cannondale. Too generic and yellow to avert my gaze for long.

ATTENTION HIPSTER! HELMET 4 U! - $100 (Overland Park) LOL!!

HEllo Hipster.

I can tell that appearance is important to you.
I know you might say its not, but clearly your time investment at thrift stores and bad hair salons speaks to your true feelings about fashion.

Hipster, I challenge you to embrace your Hush Puppy fashion scene and cough up $100 for the ultimate in "I'm not wearing a helmet for safety. I'm wearing it because it makes me look BAD ASS!"

For SALE:
Authentic Cinelli hairnet bicycle helmet - $100

I would be happy to meet in Westport or West 39th st. or wherever you people gather to drink PBR.

If you are unable to fit the bills in you pockets, I suggest taping the money to your fixie's top tube.

I mean this bike sounds expensive, but still...a bit steep right?? No pictures, you think with that price tag they would have a couple.
We have a beautiful and well kept De Rosa 35th Anniversary bicycle.
It's in very nice shape, some extras include two champagnolo water bottles and a De Rosa hand operated Air-Pump

Come in and take a look, or tell your friends and family, something this rare [only 300 made] can only last so long.

By the looks of this picture you'd think that maybe the seller has never actually ridden a bicycle.

I'm more bothered that they basically put 92 miles on the bike each time they rode it, yet they don't know the brand.

That's what you get when you try to use a cell phone camera in sunlight. The display gets washed out and you can't aim it properly.

Probably a nice bike and the price seems decent.

But....

Old School Vintage Cannondale - $200

Bicycle...Vintage Cannondale road bike I got several years ago from a friend. Chrome /Moly frame, I have put some miles on it and it still looks/rides great.
Comes with a couple of extra skins and everything you see on it, including the aero bar, pedals and poly cages. This is a great bike at a great price.

Good Advice from your LBS

Okay, so its not strictly C&V, nor is it new, but it is timeless. I looked back to see if this has been posted before and couldn't find it. Summer is here...

https://www.craigslist.org/about/best...192150038.html

Here is a short excerpt, but I highly recommend checking out the whole thing.

"A few things from the bike shop.
Date: 2009-05-27, 4:05PM PDT

Whoo-hoo Seattle, the sun is out! Let's discuss a few things before you fumble with swapping the unused ski rack for the unused bike rack on the Subaru.

So yes, you've noticed the sun is out, and hey!- maybe it would be cool to to some bike riding. Let's keep in mind that the sun came out of all 600,000 of us, so for the most part, you're not the only one who noticed. Please remember that when you walk into my shop on a bright, sunny Saturday morning. It will save you from looking like a complete **** that huffs "Why are there so many people here?"

Are we all on the same page now about it being sunny outside? Have we all figured out that we're not the only clever people that feel sunny days are good for bike riding? Great. I want to kiss all of you on your forehead for sharing this moment with me. Put your vitamin D starved fingers in mine, and we'll move on together to some pointers that will make life easier.

SOME POINTERS FOR THE PHONE:

- I don't know what size of bike you need. The only thing that I can tell over the phone is that you sound fat. I don't care how tall you are. I don't care how long your inseam is. Don't complain to me that you don't want to come ALL THE WAY down to the bike shop to get fitted for a bike. I have two hundred bikes in my inventory. I will find one that fits you. Whether you come from the north or the south, my shop is downhill. Pretend you're going to smell a fart, ball up, and roll your fat ass down here.

- Don't get high and call me. Write it down, call me later. When I have four phone lines ringing, and a herdlet
of people waiting for help, I can't deal with you sitting there "uuuuhhh"-ing and "uuummm"-ing while your brain tries to put together some cheeto-xbox-fixie conundrum. We didn't get disconnected, I left you on hold to figure your **** out."

...awesome

That bike was on Orange county c-list. The price was around $100.00. Almost bought it myself, but couldn't think of a good reason to.
