Yoga is highly recommended if you bike! Stretch your body to avoid injury...

i didn't really learn anything from this. i'm not familiar with yoga, but these seem like just basic stretches. i always thought yoga was more difficult/complex poses.

I've been taking a yoga class for two years, so I know a little. Yoga poses are not always more complex, and those are mostly yoga poses. But yoga doesn't make anything easy, not even standing, lying on your back, or sitting crosslegged on the ground, and form is critical. He does not say what any yoga teacher will say about form and execution. This is lightweight, imho. You can't even see the gent's whole body. Foot position is kind of important.
