Starting to look for new bike

I have been riding 2007 Fuji Monetary 1.0 I purchased new.
I was 375 lbs at that time and rear rim was upgraded to Velocity 40 spoke.
I have floated in this time from low of 240 back to 300.
I am double hip replacement and cancer survivor in this time also
I am riding 18 miles 3 time a week up to 4.7 min/mile pace @ 12.6mph
Riding suburbs mostly flat Florida roads

Looking at flat bar budget under $750
Bikes list to date input welcome
Fuji Absolute 1.7
Sirrus 2.0/3.0
Jamis Allegroa 1/2
Trek FX 2
I will nee XL frame. seeing that unavailable every place I look.
What are the manufacture cycles like are they now gone for the 2020 season?

Thanks

Personally I would get the trek or the jamis, but what don't you like about current bike?
