Any information on this frame?
Since I'm a beginner I can't post links and images, so you may find them in my profile.
I found this item for sale and I thought it looks cool, having the World Champion colours on it. The groupset looks out of place and it has some issues but it's cheap.
Do you have any info on it?
Please keep in mind I'm a noob in regard to vintage bikes and English is not my primary language, so please use simple words.
Thank you

Sunday's pic album
The swaged seat stay tops seen on this frame are a strong indication of lesser tubing. That doesn't mean the main tubes cannot still be 531. How about adding a pic from the other side so we can see the drive components?

That logo should say Jean Stablinski but I'm hard pressed to get a 'B' out of the 4th character in the surname. A Frenchman of Polish decent, Stablinski won the Pro Road World Championship in 1962 and the French National Championship in 1960, 1962, 1963 & 1964. He also won the Vuelta a Espana in 1958 and about 10 stages in the three major tours. With the exception of his final year, his entire pro career was spent riding in support of Jacques Anquetil, which arguably limited his not inconsiderable success.
My overall impression is a low mid-range French model. The rear dropouts are the short, forged, Simplex models, presumably with a derailleur stop, given the SunTour Cyclone rear derailleur. That dates the bicycle no older than 1978, as these debuted sometime during 1978-1981, The combination of 1st generation Cyclone and the aero Solida crankset, if OEM, suggests circa 1981.
I suspect the tubeset is plain gauge, along the lines of Vitus 888. Knowing the outer diameters of the seat post and seat tube will allow us to determine the level of tubing if not the actual tubeset. The serial number may provide a clue to the manufacturer and year. A close-up of the seat stay caps (tops) would be appreciated. Pending further info, my leading candidates would be a Mercier or LeJeune product.
