I've been doing a lot of stretching and work with the foam roller. My knees have been a little unhappy with me this Spring; I feel like my fit on the Haanjo is a little off and the winter mileage on it this year may have exacerbated things. It's definitely gotten better with the work put in, but I've been mulling over a visit to the PT when I get back to MN.

I feel fine. Dropped the SportWagen at the radio station for Mrs. rjones28 and road the single speed across town on the new section of the Empire State Trail (ny.gov)

The next question I need to consider is the paint job. It's really on the cusp of bad enough to justify repainting, while not being nearly bad enough that there's no choice. The decals are also iffy, and I can get those from Velocals. And I know a place that does a bang up job painting, too. But do I REALLY want do spend the money?

I decided to spend time getting meatloaf in the oven and then riding on Zwift, as opposed to riding IRL. I was astonished just how FEW people were on. And most of them were doing workouts, which I guess makes sense - if you have the time to ride IRL, you do. If you don't, you Zwift, but if you're going to do a structured workout, Zwift just works better than the road. At least for a lot of people.

I too, chose to zwift last night. I got a late start, and had to play games with my mind to get my hour done. But I did it. So convenient! If my only choice would have been outside I wouldn't have done anything. So I'm glad to have the option.

Maybe start with a Silca Ti Torque Kit? Will that fit in your tool storage cubby?
Or maybe an action/dash cam for recording rides?
A carbon-railed, 3D printed saddle?
An OSPW?
Wait - do you have Di2?! If not, that one should have been obvious.
See - plenty of stuff to buy. You're welcome.

Last full day in VA, then on the road at the crack o' dawn tomorrow. Not sure if, or how much, I'll be able to ride today, so there'll be some leaderboard respite. Well, from me, at least - maybe bampilot06 will flog y'all some more

LOL.
Not into old bikes, GJ. It's hard enough keeping my old bod in half decent shape.
I have a torque wrench that fits in my cubby.
Don't have Di2, but before I did that I would get a new bike. Hmmmm?

But it can't possibly be as functionally beautiful. And did I mention it's Ti?
See how easy that was? Told ya you just had to try a little harder.

OTOH you may see more people from the Southern hemisphere pop up on rides in the next couple of months.

Kudos on the new acquisition, but there's always more bike stuff to spend money on. Try harder. HTFU.

Fits in a jersey pocket for those critical roadside torque situations.

Weathers not looking too good here the next couple of days you may still be able to hold it depending on what you do today.
