WTB 1 Campagnolo rim, 32h tubular Omega Strada Hardox V

jiangshi coming through big. Should be all set, and only took a few hours. So much for a long shot!
Long shot but worth a try. I have 32h late 90s Campagnolo hubs itching to be used on a “full Campy” build. Rear is laced to a Omega Strada Hardox V that barely shows wear. I’ve seen posts about these cracking or nipple bulge but nothing yet and thought it’d be a neat set for the bike build if I can find a match. If anyone had a set of 32h similar era Campagnolo rims (box or V, tubular or clincher) I’d consider that too. Otherwise I’ll just go new I guess.

Happy to buy at reasonable price. Open to trades, got some random stuff and could do cash + stuff going one way or the other as not all of these are 1/1 trade options. Somewhat worn Croce crank arms and BB, Triomphe BB, 2000-2006 Record 32h front hub (listed in an old for sale posting on here), an extra C-Record era FD, and a few other random things.

Catalog rims with same decal followed by a picture of mine.

@AJI125 - Don't have one for you. 6 years ago I picked up a wheel set with these rims (32 hole). They had been built with Chorus hubs with the rear being a freewheel version. They had been sitting in a basement for 15 years and never used. The front was radial laced. I have looked for more info on them and am happy you provided some in your add.
Mine are slated to be a wheel set for my Pinarello with 8 V record hub. I think they are somewhat unique as I have not seen them often.
GLWTH!

Though not a perfect match, I think some of the Araya Aeros came in that color - if you strike out.

Sounds cool! I've got a 9s Record Titanium rear (I think) and picked up the 9/8 conversion kit, but I think I'm actually going to run friction anyways. One thing I considered is rebuilding the rear wheel with something like 1.8 DS and 1.5 NDS spokes, due to the apparent Campagnolo hub bracing angles and also the propensity for these to crack/bulge (none of which I have experience with firsthand). I'd dig again before building, but I found this interested when I last read it. I think it had some info on max tension which seemed a bit low but again I didn't dig into it in detail. https://www.retrobike.co.uk/gallery2/...Vol+2+No+7.pdf

I support DB spokes. Good call. Will have to digest the link!

- Didn't work. Unsafe link too.

Thanks! I've been scanning the auction site on and off. That one has a $50 shipping cost ! There's a decent used pair for $120, but really only need one.

You may want to use spoke nipple washers, too. I've used Sapim, the ovals, for similar builds.
