totally unexpected, my son bought me a Brooks saddle maintenance kit which included the special wrench for tensioning the saddle, a can of Proof ride, and a buffing cloth.

I cannot say that there was anything under the tree for me. But, for the very first time in a long time, I did not go to Jamaica for the winter. For the first time in years I celebrated Christmas day with family, here in Canada. Though I dearly hate the cold and love spending my winters in Jamaica, this had to be the best Christmas in years, simply because there was a tree and family surrounding it.
The turkey, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, sweet potatoes and all was just great. I did not even have to do the dishes.
Best of the season to all and stay safe.

An old friend spotted these and wanted to know if I’d go in on one or the other.
Seemed like a good idea. I was fine with either one.
I contacted the seller, made the deal, arranged pickup and future shipping to me.
And paid.
Excitedly texted my friend, “we have them!”
”I think I’m going in a different direction.”
WTF. Jumped the gun on that one.
So now I have two.
1993 Rossin. Columbus tubing, crimped top tube. 2x8 Athena. Yeah, I Ike it.
2000 Colnago Master X Light. 2x9 DA. Wheels are toast. No biggie, it gets a complete overhaul.
Now Safely in another BF member’s storage unit.

Here's a picture. There may be duct tape involved in the installation. I already have 2 head lights and 2 blinkeys set up so these are mainly for fun. their pretty bright though.

Not nautical, but a knot I’m tying re: lights.
My Garmin taillights can operate as turn signals, and the switch came with one of them.
My Cliq taillight also operates as a brake light. You can see where this is going....pun intended.
Yep, I’m going to run a set on my Litespeed (rack eyelets for mounting the directionals.)
Headlight talks to Garmin. Turn signals that are also taillights.
A brake light that syncs its “normal” flash with others in the group.
As if cars will notice, but fun to try.
