When I worked at Boeing, they had to build parking garages (4 level, I think).

It was faster for me to bike to work than to drive, when included the trek across the parking lot. Also, we had two cubicles set aside in the building for bikes, so it was much nicer parking.

On the rare occasion we went out for lunch, we would always make the managers drive and we would carpool, because they had reserved spots. Otherwise, you wind up parking somewhere near the Canadian border and walking back.

It wasn't so much parking problems as it was traffic, but two companies I worked for in San Diego over the years had very nice bike facilities... Qualcomm was one, they had individual locking bike lockers back in the day, and easy access showers at various location where their buildings were sited... I don't know if that is still true, but it was the case about 15 years ago. At the time they also gave regular cyclists a bit of a stipend... had something to do with "carpool credits."

Another company in the area had a nice cage in their parking structure, and shower facilities. No stipend though.

Tesla pays employees to bike to work, as many others do aswell.
In future, hopefully not too far, their cars will drop off the employees and then make money for them during the day as taxi's*.
Hopefully many of the workers can afford the cars they work on.
The prices will drop and the return investments* will be bonus.
