Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have 23 showings tomorrow on the house. 3 overbookings thanks to a glitch in the app the agents use for this. 5 or 6 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.

This better work....

Correct.

The clicker type can easily fall out of calibration, especially if not set to zero before storing. The electronic ones do hold their calibration well.

This a real man's torque wrench. Multi-use as well. Can be bungeied on vertically to use as a kickstand and can be weaponized in those situations where cars pass to close or start bike raging you.

Added bonus is the complimentary color scheme.

That would have been handy for dealing with that a-hole with the boat.

if the market is anything like here, you’ll have multiple offers to choose from.

Doesn’t make the sound if I stop pedaling. Could this be BB creak on a steel bike? Will investigate more later.

Can someone post a picture of mineral spirit oil they use to clean their chains? Need an example, if it’s going to be raining these next couple of days I want to do a deep cleaning my bikes are nasty.
Make sure your front derailleur cable end isn't tapping on your crank arm.

Also, I use Simple Green for light degreasing. Original (the blue stuff) Dawn dishwashing liquid for heavy-duty cleaning.

Good luck with everything!

One thing to remember is that the early offer(s) are usually the best offer. Don't make the mistake of thinking that you can hold out for more if you get a good offer.

My nephew was planning on selling his house, because he just got married. He just thought it would be all around better getting a new place so they could call it "their" home. They had a 15 minute window to check out a place. The appointment prior to theirs ran late, and the appointment following theirs was early, and chomping at the bit to get in. They walked out and settled on calling their home, their home.

Last Sunday we started a ride, and my wife asked me what the rubbing sound coming from my bike was. I was wondering the same thing. Ended up, the tip of the FD cable was bent inward and rubbing on the rear tire.

LSS was self employed for most of her career and set up a couple of Keogh accounts for tax-deferred savings. Being self employed, she was both the owner and the plan admin on the accounts, but she neglected to file the admin paperwork, required once the accounts reached 250k. Now she retires, tries to close the accounts and finds out about this. The first thing the accountants tell her she could be liable for 40% of the money there. Then, haha, just kidding, she can file the paperwork under the good-faith safe harbor and pay 1500 plus, a lawyer to write a "don't put me in jail" letter, and, of course, the accountants.

Yeah, it's frightening out there right now. The real-estate agents are like sharks with blood in the water.
I don't like what it's doing to the property tax base. It's getting frighteningly high.

I don't know if it's appropriate in your case but have you heard of spinal decompression? Supposed to work on bulging discs, don't know if it's advised for ruptured discs.

My troubleshooting moto is, always check the easy stuff first.

As a business owner, nothing scares me more than the taxman. I cringe every time I get an envelop in the mail from the IRS. And, it's not paying that tax that worries me. It's all the damn paperwork and filing deadlines.

according to the internet; bulging, ruptured, herniated or slipped discs are the same thing.

I just want to resume normal activities without pain.
