wellgo quick release units
Does anyone know where I can purchase just the quick release units from Wellgo pedals? I have two sets already and want to use the pedals from my other bike on the new one I am building. I could only ride one at a time.. Thanks all !

If you mean the cleat, then this (link) or most on-line bike shops would have what you need.
Also, I am pretty sure they are Shimano-compatible, in which case you can get those pretty much anywhere.

For some reason, the adapters are hard to find. You'd think it should be easy since you're probably not the only one who'd like to share the pedals between multiple bikes.
Here's one in Japan:
CYCLETECH-IKD : wellgo QRD Quick Release Pedal Adapter
Here's the other version - but apparently compatible - on Amazon Japan:

Up to some months ago we could buy them off the shelf so I bought some spares becouse I was thinking it could not last- and I was right. We bought quick release units enough to go on all the bikes in regular use plus two spare ones and then 3 sets of pedals fo each of us plus one set of click pedals for each. Now they are gone and I am happy I bought them.

Wellgo doesn't answer e-mails, but you might ask Xpedo if they sell the adapters, although they only carry a single quick-release model:
