SOLD!!! Pair of Raleigh bikes- Sports and Tourist
Not mine, but posting for a local couple who bought a Raleigh DL-1 and a Sports back in the 1970's. Apparently they have not been used at all in the past 30 years, and were used very little before that. The owners think they are in very goodcondition, but of course with so little use over several decades they will need attention. He's asking $225 for the DL-1 and $100 for the Sports, but I suspect offers could be made, especially for the pair. I know zero about these bikes other than my brother used to have one like them back in the 50's and it was pretty cool.

Fair prices. I'd buy them just to get the cherry B72 Brooks saddles.

Nope, never saw them in person. But they sold in 24 hours to a local buyer.

Same ugly green as my old Grand Prix... built very well, those bikes-- not surprising they stayed looking new if so little used!
