Well howdy y'all!

Hi there everybody. I just wanted to introduce ourselves. Dale n June here from north east PA. We decided to share a profile since we are starting this journey together. Dale is a former recreational mountain biker who is getting back in the saddle after 15 years. June is a little less experienced but excited. We are here to learn stuff, drool over sweet rides, maybe meet some riding buddies and hopefully lose some weight and increase our fitness levels along the way.

We both just picked up some new clearance bikes from Performance to help us w/ our motivation. Plus we really wanted some disc brakes! There is so much new tech since Dale bought a Rocky Mountain Thin Air in 2001.

Well thanks for reading. We are looking forward to the miles ahead.

Welcome. Lots of new things out there, and disk brakes are one. Really makes a difference with mountain bike riding.
