Ever notice that Tour de France and other riders in big races shave arms too,in summer?

I hadn't noticed, would have assumed that with long hours in the sun, arm hair bleaches & not so noticeable. But since they're shaving legs, why not do the arms too? Gillette should sponsor a team--considering the huge trend away from face-shaving.
