Columbus PRX tubing questions

I just thought that some of the framebuilders here might be able to give me some additional insight to this tubing, and why my Prelude is made out of PRX instead of SL like the catalogues suggests it should be.
Original post is here.

Your other thread has the answer: PRX is a stiffer (and heavier) tubeset, appropriate for large frames and/or strong riders.

Well that partly answers.
But plenty of larger sized Concordes were built from SL and SLX, and according to their own catalogues none were built from PRX.

I can't tell you why Concord decided to build that frame from PRX. I can only tell you what PRX is technically, which is what I attempted to do previously. You are going to have to find some Concord historian for a better explanation. This is not a "framebuilding" question.
