Help ID fork legs

I found these in a thrift shop for cheap so I bought them. I have no idea who the maker is or what it’s for. They look cheap and also looks like it’s made for a 24” wheel. Weird that it’s set up for disc brakes and a thru axel. Any ideas? Thanks

If I had to guess I'd say they were scooter forks. Maybe a 50cc dirt bike, maybe something like a Hona Rukus.
