Affinity lo pro vs Colossi Mondial track frame
Hi,
i want to buy a steel frame, most important for me is strength and also aesthetic. I live in czech republic and well accessible is for me The affinity lo pro and the colossi mondial track.
Which one do you think would be more solid and last longer.

Do you want a lo-pro style frame? If you do then go Affinity as that one is very aggressive and it is in the name. If you don't then Colossi would be the better choice. I would probably venture to say Colossi is going to be a bit higher quality but it is a different style of bike.
If money was not the biggest decider Repete makes custom steel bike in Czech Republic. It looks like according to Bike Rumor the Falcon is their track machine and it is Columbus Spirt HSS tubing that is silver brazed and looks quite nice. Steelbe is another choice and it looks like they have a nice steel track frame with Dedaccai Zero tubing and one with Metallica graphics which can fit wide tires and has Paul dropouts. Festka is another choice but I think they mostly do carbon and some titanium but their paint work is beyond out of this world.
If you know what you want in a bike all the features and such going custom is the way to go. It is going to be more expensive but you can support local builders and get what you want. If I was Czeching out more bikes (pun very much intended but offense not intended) minus the Metallica stuff that SteelBe is pretty neat especially if my goal is to only run a front brake.
