199.5 lbs this am for this 75 (almost) yo
I will be 75 in about one month, and weighed 199.5 this am - something i thouht I would never see!! 
That makes about 30 lbs of fat GONE!! It is never too late.
I am almost to the weight of 197lbs when I did my first "Ride the Rockies" when I was 58yo. This was me at 58
Much (but definitely not all) of my current weight is muscle, as I am into a strong regimen of heavy weight lifting, swimming, bicycling, walking, stretching and other exercises and activities. I did 75 consecutive pushups this week in honor of my upcoming 75th birthday. I call it "Total Senior Fitness."
So, I hope I don't slip back above the 200lb mark again - but I likely will bounce around the 200 due to fluid intake, etc. But, it is definitely a step forward!! I want to get to 190.

Big congrats on the 30# weight loss, we all fluctuate from time to time but as long as you have it under control it's all good.

Perhaps it would do us all good if you posted your complete physical regime.
