Vintage folding bike ID

I tried this over on the folding bike forum with no luck. Picked up this folding bike mainly for he campy group but it has me wondering who made it. It looks similar to the montague folders but I can't find any lugged montagues and the seat tube clamps are a little different. It's been repainted, the campy group is dated 83 but that could be when it was painted. I'm not sure what I'll do with it, might have to try the
"frame doesnt fit pass it around game".

Neato setup! Even like the red Spenco grips.

What type and size frame are you considering?

That made me think of my sticker pile! Not looked throgh the pile for a year or several... Xtracycles are awesome.
