Ergon GP or GS?
I put some GP5 Biocork grips on my Traverse and have been having sweat/slippage issues. I'm thinking of scrapping the Biocork for either GP or GS non Biocork grips. How do they each compare in terms of comfort and grip? I'm also thinking GP/GS3 or 4? Splitting hairs here I know but the GP5s are just more than I need.
Thanks for any input.

My hands stay glued to my GP2 grips. Caveat-I wear Garneau gloves when I ride. Very secure and comfortable combo.

After looking at several different brands and styles, and several different Ergons, I settled on the Ergon GP1 grips. I took a good look at the Biocork grips, but I thought they felt like something that would not last long enough to justify the expense. The GP1s are very comfortable, and I experience no slipping riding either bare handed or gloved. They seem to be very well made as well. The GP1 grips get two thumbs up from me.

Thanks,
I got a great deal on the Biocork GP5s on eBay. I probably wouldn't have went Biocork otherwise. I've been doing some Googling and it seems the GPs are more comfy and geared towards what I need. Now I'm just trying to figure out if I should go GP3 or GP4?

5 the longest bar end 1 is no bar end, 2~ 5 (incrementally longer)can be interchanged with their grips..
I have the grip shift short GP-3 on my Brompton. that bar end wont interfere with the fold.
Sweaty in Hurricane alley?, absorbant gloves sound like a winner, on your hands.

Thanks Bob,
Yes, I may look into gloves for our muggy season which is gradually ending now. That's good to know I can interchange bar ends but again, I think the 5 is more than I'll need relative to how much they may get in the way at times. I'll probably just sell them.
