Rear light won’t turn off
Hi everyone. This is my first post here.
Just St today I bought a Focus 2017 model Aventura hybrid e-bike. It has a Bosch Active Line motor with Intuvia controller/computer.
Just now, having fully charged the battery and put it in its dock on the down tube, I turned on the lights. When I turned them off (one switch turns both front and rear on) the red light stayed on. It has no on/off switch. I disconnected the battery. It stayed on. I removed the Intuvia controller in case it was drawing power from its button battery and it stayed on. What can possibly be happening? Where could it be drawing power from? Are there capacitors that will hold a charge for a wile once the battery is removed?
Edit: it turned off eventually so there must be a capacitor there somewhere.

Glad you figured it out. Yes there are capacitors in some systems.
