Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

tell us more about you(weight), your bike(rim or disc brake), and the roads/terrain in your area.

I always recommend the Roval CL50 wheelset. They spin up fast and are super durable. If you wait until black Friday they are normally 25% off.

I would take a look at these from Light Bicycle. I'm totally biased(to be honest) and have purchased 3 of their wheelsets. They make very good quality rims, and you can have them built to your specifications. It might take 4-6 weeks, but sometimes it's less.

$1100 for a 1423g 56mm deep(23mm internal width) wheelset

I have the same hoops with DT Swiss hubs. They are a little heavier, but I weigh 84kg

I'd take a look at a set of DTSwiss or FFWD wheels. Excellent hubs, lightweight, and generally just really good wheels
