Front Wheel with Disc Brake
Hey all-
I'm converting my single speed Trek Soho S to a front disc brake. I'm looking for a solid front wheel, nothing top of the line. Any suggestions and where to buy?

Does the fork have mounts for a disc brake caliper ? If not, you will also need to buy a new fork.

Finding something really inexpensive in 700c will be difficult, but perhaps this will suit your needs at $170 for the front wheel:

Just look for a cheap 29er front wheel disc ready. Should work fine, however, you might need to find a narrower width rim depending on what size tires you plan on using. If you're using a 28mm you should be good. and as long as your inner fork clearance isn't really narrow and allows a 25mm or so width rim.
You can use a quick release no problem, unless you really need track hub/nut for some reason.

Though they don't seem to sell front in single, you can see that there are cheap options out there.
