any help on setup pressure ect 140 lbs

pump to 140 punds. you want about 25% sag. the way to check is this:
it takes two people.
sit on the bike, hold just the front brake. bounce up and down a few times, realx your weight, look forward like you are riding and while you are sitting there, someone else puts the little rubber ring to where the shock sits. get off the bike and see where the ring is at, it should be about 25%. adjust accordingly.

yeah, if you are 140, pump to 140 and see how that is. adjust as needed.

it seems like it tops out if i lift bike there is a clunk lie feel.is this normal
