Colnago 650b Build

What do you guys think?

I need to get some longer reach brakes. If I get a different fork and have Bilenky move the brake bridge I should be able to add fenders.

Idk, I kind of like it.

I think the conversion is more befitting than the 650B. That's only me though. Italian and 650B just doesn't do it for me.

i'll give it a thread as soon as I finish it. That's basically a mockup though it is getting those wheels/tires. It's a Raleigh Portage.

My thoughts were exactly the same as GrandBois:

It looks so wrong that I actually like it.

I'm not so enamored by Colnagos, so this makes it look interesting (to me). The nice fat tires should be very nice to ride, too.

Why not?

Bilenky actually answered an email? WOW i gave up on them.

personally rather than torching that I think you could sell the frame for enough to get a more suitable frame.

there was a nice Bianchi Tangent (a '90ish cross bike) down the shore for like $150 last week.

On the which bike? Colnago is running a campy compact crank 50-34. Portage is a triple , 52-42-26.
