Bikes: Was Fuji and got my grails (Pro, Pro SR, Design Series, & Ti). Now I hunt 50's and older road bikes.

Campy seatpost lengths

Quick question: Are Campy aero seatposts longer than the older, fluted Campy posts? I've seen conflicting information when I look around online.

Thank,

Measuring from the lower cradle where the saddle rail sits the "aero" style is about 15mm shorter than a Super Record. The "aero" one I have to measure is Athena or Triomphe or Chorus.

I am not sure where they are measured from but I think both styles came in 130 and 180 lengths.
