Wanted: Campy Aero 27.4 seat post...

I need a seat post for my Waterford, 27.4 Campy aero is the only one that would be correct for the bike.

I JUST BOUGHT ONE THROUGH EBAY.

I don't know if they made one. I just looked at one of my CampI books that has Athena, Chorus, Croce de Anue, and Record but 27.2 seems to be the biggest.

They exist. This listing (for an item that's been sold), has excellent pictures of a C-Record example, including a close-up of the '27.4' engraved just above the limit line...

They ain't common, though!

There's one on ebay, $100obo. But I'm guessing Randy might have seen that one already? Might be worth seeing what kind of offer might fly there...

Yup, already looked at that one and will make an offer next. There was a NOS one for $220.00 US plus shipping. I can cover the seat post, but not the divorce:-(

Ebay next...

I just bought the seat post and thanks for the information. I did see the post but, being a cheapo biko bildo guyo, I held out for a bit. But, honestly, how many 27.4 Campy Aero seat post show up these days? Not many, that I can tell you.
