Hookless tires on clincher wheels?
Never thought I would ask this. But I have a set of FFWD F6D wheels that I run tubeless clinchers on. I run ENVE SES tires on my hookless ENVE Foundation 45s and I love those tires. Thinking about getting some tan wall ENVE SES tires for my FFWD wheels. Would I run into issues running a hookless tire on a clincher wheel?

No issue - they're compatible with hookless or hooked rims. I can't say that I know of any tires that are only hookless.

Hookless tires are still clinchers. Though it seems that some marketing people have forgotten that.
Some of my old Schwinn's were hookless rims with a smooth bead seat. There have been and I think still are tires that are okay by the manufacturer to be used on either. But if your tire specs say hooked bead only.... well you know. It's your risk.
I have used such tires on the smooth bead rims. They were all wire bead. Don't know whether I'd use a folding tire or not. Never bought folding tires then.
