Pre-checking the local bike path today before bringing in the bike tomorrow for a lunchtime lap, still wet. Probably three feet at the low spot.

Overcast in the morning, warming up considerably by the time I made it back home in Santa Paula(15 miles or so). Joe

Cycled from Glasgow to Edinburgh for the Pedal for Scotland, on Sunday. I am the "chunky" guy. Cycled in to Glasgow first, total of 63 miles for the day. Most I have ridden in one day.
Great fun.....

Underpass on urban trail in Pueblo, Colorado, leading from downtown to the CSU/Pueblo campus. About as basic as you can get. I decided to walk rather than ride through this one after maneuvering around an abandoned shopping cart which you can see at the far end of the culvert. I had to walk over several crunchy things; I hope they were discarded water bottles.

So dry this summer that instead of tubing the river, you could wade many of them. The last couple of weeks have restored a feeling again of the Pacific Moist Wet. Love it.

The moisture and cooleth has returned around me.
The air is heavier. Shorter rides between showers. Shorter days too.

Yesterday I cycled 187 km (116 mi) with the Nikon D3300 in the front bag of my Elephant Bikes National Forest Explorer. For the middle third of the ride I was joined by two friends.
