Late 70's Guerciotti with full Super Record

Decided instead of seeing this just hang from the rafters in my shed I'd like to see it actually get rode or put to use more.

Hi, who drilled the crank, what BCDs are the two sets of holes at, and what is the make of the middle 42 and inner 32 rings?

I don't know who drilled the cranks as the original owner passed if who I got them from. This whole group is from his Cinelli SC his wife gave me for some work I did for her. The frame was too big and moved it on. The wife said he was the kind of guy who always wanted to the best of the best despite that he wasn't that much of a rider.

BCD for the crank are 144/100/90

What is the length, and bar clamp diameter of the stem, and also the width and price for the bars? Thanks in advance.
