Giant RS940 Frame and Fork: Any Good?

I'm looking at a Giant RS940 frameset and wondering how it compares to other late 80s early 90's frames. Not much info out there. Made in Taiwan, Giant triple butted, and? This would be for riding not resale. Would the frame compare favorably with Tange 1 Centurions (which I have experience with) or maybe some Fujis, Nishikis, etc?
