Mystery repainted bike with Campy group set

Any guesses as to what we have here? It looks about the right size and I need a second bike.

Interesting mix of cantilever bosses and no dropout eyelets. That could imply a dedicated CX frame, except it wouldn't typically have a pump peg. Still, the peg looks to be at an odd angle, so it may be home grown. An owner modified frame is further suggested by the very low position of the down tube bottle bosses and the repaint. Down tube cable stops also look kludged and in one picture there appears to be a small plate of metal behind it. Without further pictures and information, I don't have a clue.

Love that Cobalt Blue, and that fork is definitely not mass production. 😉

-----

Suspect it may have begun life as a Torresini product of the early 1970's.

Are fork ends stamped or forged?

Frame may be three-tube Columbus SL/SP.
