Ok, either this works or it doesn't. I'm a brain doaner when it comes to posting photos, so here's a link to my yahoo stuff. If it actually works, I'll be amazed. If anyone wants to thumbnail these, go for it. Disclaimer: photos were taken after 2 Fat Tires, 1 Samuel Smith's Old Brewery Pale Ale, 1 Chimay (duh), and a Duvel. I know there's only 50 photos, but I'm just trying to get something posted. Btw, lighting and all that makes the frame look black. It's really dark metallic gray and the downtube panel is the black section.

I love all the fine details. the blacker than blackness, and the shinier than shininess of that thing. It's simply amazing. I especially love the detail around the chainstays/track forks. I don't quite get the handlebar stem thing.

That thing is one serious bit of bike porn, but I'm afraid if I owned it I'd never be able to ride it. not so much because I'd be afraid to hurt it as because I wouldn't be able to stop fondling it long enough to get on and rride.

No I think it's better for everyone that I never own a bike like that...

or that's what I keep telling myself.

Let's hope you don't have to change stem heights/angles/bars/etc. in the future.

Looking at these pics are going to take a very, very long time to digest. I feel like I'm studying a painting that has ten different levels of interpretation.

Congrats, and amazing.

Sorry for some crappy pics and lighting. I just propped it up and started taking pics. I'll post some more pics in better lighting. I've got friend a who does great digital stuff and he can put up some decent photos.

Yeah, it's a one piece bar stem combo. Sacha said the detachable face 31.8/carbon bar, lugged stem, etc would almost be impossible to pull off, so he came up with this. It's a NJS Nitto track bar mated to a custom Vanilla stem with a custom Vanilla lug. Sacha "smoothed" out the lug on the bars and carved the lug on the stem part. Bars went to chromers for the stem portion then the bars got painted the frame color. Somehow I'm gonna get decent photos of the bars to show they match the frame color.
I hope my buddy can get some respectable photos of this bike. The dark metallic gray, polished lugs, black panels look unreal in person. 'Scuse me while I go clean my shorts again. I'm still in shock from finally having it...
