this was a close one.
I think this at least started last week when we had the chains jammed together lucky its a quick link discovered it while lubing the chain. this is a bad part of having a e tandem with the drive in front and the petals independent. if I forget to drop the assist level down when we start my stoker can apply too much power and knock the chain off. I wonder how many miles we rode with it like this? lucky we have felt so tired we did not do any strong rides lately.

I carry a spare but still you know it would have broke Corning an intersection or some other place that would be hard to deal with it.
