What PSI for a CO2 cartridge

I don't have a tire gauge and am just curious if anyone has measured what PSI a 16 gram CO2 cardridge will inflate an empty tube to.
Pretty much just a random question.

I'd say move it to the 41 but it looks like he posted it there already... so should probably just let it die...

I thought it was a legitimate question. If you have to change a tire in a long road race where you don't have a sag car or a wheel car, or really long distance stuff like Furnace Creek, it seems as legitimate as talking about gearing, tire types, wheel types, etc. But I fully understand the idea of taking the internet forum stuff way too seriously.

I think if there is no sag support and you flat, you're probably done for.

I use this for training and for 23c tires, mine get pretty solid, so I would think the 100-120psi range. But yeah, unless you are doing triathlons, you are done for in a road race. The only reason to carry that stuff is if you will need a way to get home.

Only use the "ocp race type"CO2 when filling your tire.
They like to keep things"racey"here.

I always carry this in races and have even had an opportunity or two to use it. Worthy.

Well that would explain all the retentiveness here.

Well done!
