About Campy Super Record 12 speed install questions

I just finishlined installing pinarello dogma f10 v-brake and super record 12 speed mechanic and bora ultra by my lbs mechanic.

1 but when I got home ,I found two screws maybe in the sp 12s brake box forgot to give to the mechanic .below pics. are these necessary to install or just back up?
2 the brake pad direction with wheel forward direction is all right? before we build it,I told the mechanic bora ultra distinguish brake pad left and right side, but forgot telling him that aslo need to install it with direction of the wheel forward direction.
3 the cable tension adjuster of campy ,the mechanic who is a man I am trust him with very experience to build or install the bike(Merida bike store) ,
he said that adjuster is not necessary to use or install. the other bike he built in his store he throwed them because he can adjust cable very good. is the cable tension neccessary to install?
4 one washer and two golden rings, where it to install?
5 I used shimano bike fitting system. match pinarello f10 size is 54.fitting data said that the head space and stem ,the height is 74mm.
you can see the pics below, the most head aero spaces is 15+10+5+5=35mm ,the stem which is shimano pro plt 110mm the half height is 20,so the total height is 35+20=55mm ,and 74mm-55mm=19mm,So I need a additional 19 or 20mm spaces?
6 pinarello frameset ,the accessories including soft items ,the mechanic doesn't install. will it must install?
7 there is also a screw black when I got home ,found it.maybe the mechanic use it and forgot install it,where is it use for?
