Parts ID help


This came in a box lot today at an auction. Campy quick release and AS clamp bolt. What do I have here? Any help greatly appreciated.....

I agree it is mostly a Stoker stem

Agreed about the stoker's stem, and the QR lever is probably from a Campagnolo QR seat clamp, if I had to guess.
