Jamis Dakota

Looking for year of my Jamis Dakota. Bought new in mid to late 1980s. Shimano deore.
serial number F9042692. Rear brake up on tube behind seat. Tube says cr mo seamless tube tange mtb triple butted. Had bio pace when I bought it.

Thank you for the information. I was under the impression that 1987 had chainstay u brake. Mine has conventional brake.
