So with the 11-32, you have a better top end than the 12 on a 12-25 and a better hill gear than the 27 on a 12-27. Not a bad idea. How's the spacing between gears with the 11-32?

It's very good. Of course, if you are riding flat terrain you'd prefer closer gearing, but with the hills the way they are, it works nice. When I do get on the flats, the small gears are close enough together: 11/13/15/17/19/21/23/25/28/32

Ok, here's my tri bike, back from the paint shop, with all the parts back on, and some new parts. Base frame is an AL Cannondale 2006 Slice Six13, with DA components, Ritchey aerobars, Fizik Arione Tri 2 Carbon seat and Fast Forward Carbon seatpost. I am still getting the position all worked out, the fit is just in a large ballpark area right now. And, of course, there is my fit(ness), as you can see from the gut I have to get rid of....

I just finished her last week and got fitted last thursday. I took it out for the first time on saturday, oh my it was fast, I have a few issues with the fit, pain in my left wrist after about 45 minutes and the elbow pads get in the way of the knees when sprinting up a hill.

The Williams wheels are awesome as well, I have a set of System 30x on my road bike and decided to go with Williams for this bike. They spin forever and I definitely feel the aero advantage on the downhills and flat sections, they dont seem to heavy to climb but then again I havent done many long climbs in them.
I purchased this bike for triathlons and TTs with the eventual goal of completing an Ironman or equivalent distance in the next 2 to 3 years. So far I have ridden it roughly 85 training miles over three times and in two races, a 12 mile TT in which I placed 7th and my first sprint triathlon which I finished 1st in the novice group and 45 / 500.
If you have any more questions just let me know, I love this setup and definitely glad I went with it over more expensive frame with lesser quality wheels like the many i passed yesterday

Sorry, for some reason I thought you were posting to someone else, thanks. Actually, it's an 08 P2C Ultegra, but the 09 P3 uses the same silver and black scheme. To say I love it would be a gross understatement. I'm not sure how you could possibly go wrong with a P3, but I can't imagine enjoying a bike more than this.

Here she is after some final pre race mods (the discs and the seat/post).
This bike started as a Bikes Direct Mercier Galaxy AL which I posted in this thread last year. After getting the itch I have since done the following:
PZ Racing Aerobars and Drop Bar
Campagnolo Veloce 2007 groupset 172.5 Compact 50/34, 12-25 cassette, skeleton brakes
Fulcrum Racing 5 Evolution Wheels
Profile Design fast forward seatpost
Nashbar Triathlon seat
VDO C3 DS wireless computer with cadence
Wheelbuilder.com disc covers
Shimano pedals/Tri-shoes
The only parts left of the original bike is the frame, fork, and cane creek headset, I paid $500 for the bike originally, after buying all those parts and selling the original Sora groupset and Alex wheels on the bike, I am only into this bike for $850. Plus I bought an 80's Bianchi Sport SX from a friend for $50, cleaned it up and dumped it on ebay for $300 to offset the cost as well!
