protect fw-side threads on a flipflop hub without a freewheel?
Just got a new rear wheel. I got the fixed side transferred over (I have those tools).
But I can't get the freewheel off. I don't have that tool. It's $10, not a huge deal, but it occurs to me that I've never flipped my hub and wouldn't flip it anyway without a rear brake.
Is there a collar I can put over the freewheel-side threads and just leave the freewheel off my new wheel?
