FWIW, did an initial 50-miler in a new pair of the Nth series bibs.. they're awesome. EI chamois and well constructed. Look for sales at PBK and you might find a good price eventually.

I just got some Speedplay Zero Chromoly pedals and Bontrager Circuit shoes. My first clipless setup. So far it is different and I still have to get used to it and get the cleats setup properly. I also have to break in the cleats a bit as they are still a bit tough to clip in and I have them installed properly withe speedplay torque driver.

That was an old post. The Nth series jerseys are great but I can't stand the Superlight jersey and gave it away. Three Nth series jerseys no longer fit me since I lost weight. One was my favorite, a real workhorse. Good prices at Wiggle. Morevelo styling though... Every once in a while they get a pattern right.

Ultegra R-8000 Pedals
My most recent purchase was buying myself some new R-8000 pedals. Put them on my second most recent purchase a new 2018 CAAD 12 Ultegra.
So far I could not be happier.
No no pics as I don’t have enough posts. 🙁

Give their Nth bibs a try.. if you happen to be an XL, Probikeit has a 15% off their sale price, putting them at a decent price (~$60 less than Wiggle) Haven't tried their jerseys but have their PlanB race Cape which is a nice pocketable emergency jacket. Their jerseys are hit or miss on designs.. I kinda like their Panettone edition as it relates a bit to the business I'm in
The Pantone is one of their nicest designs right now. Some of the other patterns... I don't know.
This is my favorite but it doesn't fit...
Hey, what size jersey are you? I have a few items I could send you no charge. If it fits you could keep them.

Just ordered this little combo deal, white cages, black bottles, and a little Colnago bag
Ordered from highendbikediscount.com, couldn't find a single review online? Hope it's not a scam.

Silca Premio Seat Roll (I had a credit with the LBS, or I probably wouldn't have indulged quite so much)
Also picked up some Oakley Radarlocks with two sets of lenses: Prizm Road and Clear.

Mine was "custom" at the store and I just wanted something for low light and clear was what they had, I just pulled everything out of the bag, though, and the clear lenses that they gave me are the Path shape, I wanted Pitch (too much of an air gap at the cheeks for me with the Paths). I'm going to call in the morning to get them replaced. How do you like the persimmon? I would like something that would enhance contrast without knocking down the light level too much. A yellow of some kind would be great, or possibly persimmon, but I haven't seen them in person.

@WhyFi The persimmon isn't as yellow as the cheap glasses I had before, but still work well in the dusk/night conditions I often ride in.
Yes, the lengthwise velcro strap. I was riding through a huge downpour about a month ago and it came undone and everything went flying out. Luckily, I noticed it just after and got everything off the ground. Other than that huge storm, I've had no problems. I've since wrapped a hair tie around it for insurance.
This bad of a storm

The Oakley shop had a vented hi-vis yellow Pitch lens on hand and so they swapped 'em out for me. Now to get in some night riding.

A set of 26-42-50 chainrings to replace the 32-42-52 set up. I'm older now and need bottom end more than top end. Oh yah, they look great on my old '84 Peugeot PH10 that I bought new (I'm 63 just for the record).

Yeah, I'll have to see how it goes. They originally gave me clear but in the wrong shape (Path). I kinda hope that Oakley makes some of the new Prizm Low Light lenses for the Radarlock, but I'm not going to hold my breath - seems like they're full steam ahead on the Radar EV and Jawbreakers and anything older is second fiddle. I wouldn't mind the clear to black photochromic, either, for those early morning and late evening rides, but they're kinda spendy.
