hi am mid forties overweight and fed up with the car culture, buses take too long to get anywhere so i am committing my commute to be a bike one

my wife started with a Cypress, not a bad bike, do yourself a favor, loose the slime filled heavy tubes and tires....go with some 28's and you'll love the ride.......

Thanks Jack, I'm 47 and started biking March 19 with a 10.1 mi. (700 cal) commute to work. While I don't have any weight to lose, I really lived a sedentary lifestyle. Keep up with this goal, you'll be hooked with this routine by the end of the week!
