I thought I had kicked N+1 for good

and now I find myself perusing the area CLs and eBay! Merde!

I've not taken the plunge... yet.

Is there no cure for this madness?!

Yea, me too. I don't need anything else, however, I am eyeing an inexpensive Panasonic Touring Deluxe that looks like it needs work thinking that I will sell my Traverler for it.

I wish I had a bike for every time I've said I'm going to sell one of mine to pay for a new one. Wait ... I do.

It’s hopeless. All I can do is try to keep the outflow relatively equal to the inflow.

Got a 60cm Ciocc frameset waiting for you... Got it from TimmyT on a whim. It's really nice, but I doubt I'll grow into it. Sigh.

I tried to stop it last year by making a short list of bike I "really" wanted. Within a month someone on this forum put one of the bikes on my list up for sale. Before the end of the year I bought two more bikes that weren't on the list because I liked them and they were unusual. This year, I['m definitely not buying any more bikes...unless the guy from CL I've been e-mailing this week is willing to come down on the asking price of his LeMond Poprad.

that is one house and 2 different themed man caves

I have accepted that karma and fate may or may not put something in front of me that I have to have......looking or not. Then I can figure n+1 or what new find will replace. Also depends on what my wife notices......PSA red de rosa's are immediately notice even by non bike people

That's what hangars at a real airport are for! Maybe I can find an airpark homestead, if I win the lottery.

I'm N+3 since November (only bought one, two were free). I've accepted right now that there's no hope at all for me. We've talked about moving in the next 3-4 yrs. Told my wife any place needs to have a shop or a large basement for my man cave. I've had one for 15 yrs and definitely am not about to give it up now. I found the perfect place in TX earlier this year and, for some reason, my wife didn't appreciate it. 1600 sf home for her, 6000+ sf shop for me (with a full paint booth). That'd fit a lot of bikes.

No problems here. I only have N bike. It's 35 years old (bought new) Still runs and looks like the day it was new. It ain't broke so no need to replace it.

I have found recently that looking through stuff on Ebay is actually boring. This is a good thing for me! Once I found my grail pedals, that was it

It's actually kinda funny, in a way. I mean, I haven't gotten bored with what I have, just bored with the pursuit for more.

But...that's just me. I'd never suggest somebody else had enough bikes/bike stuff already

Party at Scozim's new shop in Texas!

I am working hard at one in and one out, but sometimes I forget to sell the one out.
