When Mr. Tiemeyer had down time between custom jobs, he would make some track frames using standard geometry and have them on hand for painting and quick delivery. This came in handy when a person needed a frame within a week or so (after a crash, didn't need custom geo, simply impatient). These were sold at a lower price than the custom frames. I'm sure that some of these are still being ridden. If you have one, this *might* be your geo chart:

This is great Taras.
If anyone wants a useful tool for comparing up to three frames, Stack and reach calculator is great. It really shows what is needed to make two frames fit the same.
And this tool lets you play with stem lengths and angles: Stem Comparison Tool | yojimg.net

I suppose it makes total sense given it's a much lower stack frame, but it's definitely would be a useable frame for someone who's in the 6' range.
Separate from that, I'm also working on making a better version of this with React as seen here, although I don't have support for multiple bikes yet. I do plan on pushing in some of these numbers so you can just scroll through instead of having to manually dig through, but that's a lot of JSON building.

Interestingly enough, I plugged in the numbers for the "tiny" Bridgestone/Anchor TR9 in size L (with the 555 cm top tube) and compared it to two of my current track frames (A 58cm Fuji Track Pro from 2003, and a 61cm (with a 57cm top tube) Superb Sprint (AKA Colossi Cannondale Track knockoff), and found that the reach value on the "tiny" Bridgestone was longer than both (by two or so MM anyways).

Keep us posted. I know it's a lot of work, but it'll be very useful when it's done. I make software for a living, so I know what's involved. Good luck!

This kinda proves that reach is even more important for fitment than top tube length (that I always used to go on), although honestly National/Worlds level track frames are in a different world of fitment than say, "my first road bike" where you can kinda guess rule of thumb.
(I've always wanted a Bridgestone to replace my Fuji, but I really don't want to be "that guy")
Edit: IIRC I remember you having issues with your Look, the Bridgestone size Large is basically almost the same measurements as the 496/L96 Medium, so I'm guessing it might not be the best choice.

one thing that would be really cool, without having to build a database of these measurements (which, ugh, would be tricky because not everyone publishes the same amount of data), would be allowing a user to upload a row of data in the right format to plug into your system; or, allowing your system to save two profiles that a user could toggle between (or that the system would superimpose).

Yeah, I want to get some localstorage ability in, I'm rebuilding it now to be based off Redux as it's starting to become unmanageable as a raw React piece.
Building a database for people to open contribute would be feasible, but I'm not sure if it's verifiable.
I'm also working on getting it into 3JS next.

On a side note, I'd be surprised how many of our fellow posters didn't run straight off to google what React, Redux and 3JS is
